Your privacy matters to us. Here's how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. General

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund.

2. Amendments

Reservation changes must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

3. No-Shows

  • If you cannot locate your driver, please call our dispatch office at 917-672-2787 before leaving.
  • Drivers will wait up to:
    • 30 minutes for domestic airport pickups
    • 60 minutes for international airport pickups
    • 15 minutes for all other pickups
  • If no contact is made, the vehicle will be released, and you will be billed as a No-Show (original ride price plus waiting time charges).
  • To request additional waiting time, authorization must be given by calling the office.

4. Diverted or Canceled Flights

  • Flights are monitored until a vehicle is dispatched.
  • If a flight is diverted or canceled, a No-Show fee or additional wait charges may apply if waiting time is authorized.

5. Damages

Passengers must be ready for pickup at the scheduled time and provide accurate booking details. Respectful behavior towards our drivers and other passengers is expected.

6. Service Errors

  • In the event of a breakdown or service error, an equivalent replacement vehicle will be provided when possible, including through a third-party affiliate if required.
  • The company is not liable for missed reservations, appointments, or consequential damages.
  • Reservations may be assigned to affiliates if necessary to complete service.

7. Hourly Services

  • A 3-hour minimum applies for services outside Manhattan (additional zone restrictions may apply).
  • A minimum of 8 hours is required for out-of-town services, with travel time charges applied to and from the pickup location.
  • Hourly billing starts from the scheduled pickup time within New York City's five boroughs until drop-off in the same area.
  • Travel time charges may apply for pickups or drop-offs outside New York City.
  • One-way transfers may be unavailable on weekends, holidays, and special events.

8. Waiting Time

  • Airport pickups:
    • 30 minutes free for domestic flights
    • 60 minutes free for international flights
    • Additional waiting is billed in hourly increments plus taxes, gratuities, and surcharges
  • Non-airport pickups:
    • 15-minute grace period
    • Train schedule monitoring is not provided; billing begins at scheduled pickup time

9. Wait Time Rates

  • Business Sedan: $100/hr
  • Premium Sedan: $180/hr
  • Premium SUV: $120/hr
  • Executive Van: $150/hr
  • Shuttle Sprinter: $200/hr
  • Jet Sprinter: $300/hr
