Free Cancellation
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time at no cost. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Late Cancellations
If you cancel within 24 hours of the pickup time, a 100% charge of the total fare will apply.
No-Show Policy
If the passenger fails to appear at the pickup location without notice, the full fare will be charged and no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling
Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge once, if requested at least 24 hours before pickup. Additional changes may incur a fee depending on vehicle availability.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Bank or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Special Terms
Peak-time, long-distance, or event bookings (e.g., weddings, concerts, holidays) may have different cancellation rules. Full details are provided during booking.
